My wife and I have been customers at the Eden Pensiune for several years. We are always greeted by their pleasant staff. We always have a sense that they pay great attention to service, ambiance, and impeccable menu at their restaurant. We always leave Eden Pensiune satisfied and rejuvenated.
I'm only giving it 4 stars because of the huge language barrier. Staff understood little or no English. I called twice to book from the UK but language barrier again, so my Romanian friend physically went there to secure the booking. Room was clean and food excellent.
This was the best experience I could ever get from a 4-star hotel. The atmosphere was incredible, the food was delicious (the menu was also very rich in food options) and the rooms were very clean and provided with A/C. The waiters at the restaurant were very friendly and humorous, which made the restaurant experience very pleasant. Also, the hotel is near Târgu-Neamț in case you need to go to the city, and it is also an hour away from Cheile Bicazului. Best hotel I've ever stood at. I wish I could go here again.
